01 Synopsis

Mrs McCutcheon is ten, and she has never felt right in the body she was born into. She wears a dress, answers only to the name she has chosen, and has just started at her third school. Her new classmates don’t know what to make of her. But the school dance is about to change everything. A funny, tender film about courage, identity and a parent’s love.
